SHIPPING POLICY
We ship through Australia Post and will keep updated with their shipping costs. Please note they may be subject to change.
We endeavor to get your order processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Postage costs may vary depending on packaging sizes and may need to be quoted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Strictly NO Returns on any product on the Balm range. This is due to Health and Safety of the product. All products in the Balm range are quality control checked prior to shipping to ensure a high standard. A change of mind is only allowed during Market Events and must be "Same Day" or within the duration of the "Event". For example if there is a purchase on any day of a Festival (usually 2-3 days in length), then you have until COB on the last day to return/exchange that item, and it must be in perfect condition as purchased.
All Happy Dog Treats must be returned/exchanged within 1 month of purchase, be unopened and in perfect condition. If the item was shipped the purchaser must pay for the return shipping of the goods.

Any "A-Tugga" Dog Tugga Toy product can only be returned/exchanged if the product remains unused, in perfect condition and tags are still in place. Please email us so we can discuss how to arrange the return/exchange.
